The Toshiro Ochre Leather Backpack is a handmade leather backpack with a strong, structured silhouette and a warm, old-world character. This version is made from ochre nubuck leather, combined with vegetable-tanned leather straps and details for contrast, strength, and durability.
Every Toshiro is cut, stitched, assembled, and finished by hand in our workshop in Romania. The backpack is lined with shoe stiffener to help it hold its box-cut shape, then finished on the inside with pigskin lining. It is a serious handmade bag, built slowly and made to be used for years.

The Making
Each Toshiro backpack is made one at a time. The leather is selected, cut, prepared, punched, stitched, and finished by hand in our workshop. There is no production line and no outsourced stitching.
This ochre version combines the soft, matte character of nubuck with the firmer structure of vegetable-tanned leather straps. Inside, shoe stiffener gives the backpack its shape, while pigskin lining gives it a clean and durable finish. The result is a backpack with warmth, structure, and real handmade presence.
