Return & Refund Policy

Conditions of return

Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.

We accept returns within 14 days of receiving the goods. Should you want to do this, please notify us by sending an email at

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in new condition.

We do not accept returns on personalised items, unless they are damaged or defective.

Shipping costs are non-refundable.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. 

Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, I can't accept returns for custom or personalized orders.


Once we received the returned item, we will inspect it and then we will send you an email to notify you about the approval or rejection of your refund.

If we approve the refund, we will return you the money in your account within 10 days after we sent you the notification email.
